How does this work? How do you get the ashes/breastmilk?

After your order is placed, you will be emailed instructions on how to send the inclusions of your choice to us. We need only the smallest amount and we mail back whatever we don't use (other than breastmilk) along with your order.

How much breastmilk do you need?

We only need about 1 ounce of milk.

How should I mail the milk?

You can just use a milk bag. Be sure it is sealed and/or taped up so it doesn't leak. The milk does NOT have to stay cold as we heat it up for the process in order to turn it into a powder.

How do I know you use my milk and not someone else's?

We ensure that all of our pieces are truly individual and pride ourselves in the values of honesty and trust. If requested, we are happy to send you photos and/or videos of the process with your shipment so you can see that we use your inclusions in your piece.
